FAQ
When was Pandora's Box II released?
The movie was released at Monday, May 24th 2004. << backDid you get anything from this?
Just the satisfaction of the viewers enjoying the movie. << backHow long did production take?
Roughly about 9 months. We didn't spent every single day on creating PB2, but during these nine months alot of free time went into production. << backWhy did you make this movie?
This one is kinda hard to explain. We just wanted to do something for the community. We all saw the Militia movies and thought why not try it ourselves. Because of the, mostly great, reactions to the first part (Pandora's Box: Break In), we decided to create the followup. Of course, by creating such a production, your (clan)name often becomes well known within the community, so it's not like we don't get anything in return. We like that the community likes it. << backHow large is your crew?
There are four "core" people who worked on PB2. Next to that we had a few actors who were present during the movie shoots. In total about 15 people participated. << backWhat does the name mean?
In case you don't know, the story of Pandora's Box is a greek myth. The title som ewhat represented the happenings in the first movie. For Mark and Petrov it seemed like a casual robbery, but they got more then they bargained for. << backCan I have the soundtrack / maps?
The custom maps and soundtrack will be included with the movie in the zipfile. << backWhat programs did you use?
Next to the game itself (Counter-Strike), we used Valve Hammer Editor to create the maps and FRAPS for ingame AVI capturing. During postproduction we made (some) use of the following programs: VideoMach, GoldWave, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. << backWill there be a Pandora's Box III?
No. Pandora's Box will never become a trilogy. There is a good chance, however, that we will create new movies / productions for other games. << back
